Tenancy Agreement for renting a garage in Petersfield

For the protection of all parties we have a standard Tenancy Agreement, which all clients/renters are required to sign. The Tenancy agreement details the general terms and conditions; a copy of which can be emailed/faxed to you.

We do not accept any responsibility for motor vehicles / goods stored in the garage, nor for access / egress and we therefore suggest that, if insurance is required, you contact your own insurers.

Payment - Our payment terms are a deposit followed by a monthly by standing order.

Notice - One full quarter's notice is required in writing.

Dimensions - Garages are generally standard size being approximately 16 feet 5 inches x 7 feet 5 inches but some sites have larger and smaller units.

Maintenance - We operate our own in-house maintenance division who are on call to help with any maintenance issues.
